Oybek Ablakulov

I am majoring in Computer Science, and am from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Some of my interests are History, Strategy, and Simulations. My background includes front-end development with React Native on a social-media startup and a cybersecurity internship at a regional bank. I am excited to be able to contribute to the Vanderbilt Cloud Innovation Lab and develop customized solutions using AWS.

I am studying Computer Science and I joined VCIL because of my interest in using cloud computing services to create a solution!

Note: Abbie graduated with a CS degree in 2026 just after the team completed its first project-- an archivists tool for the Vanderbilt Television News Archive.

With experience spanning AI/ML, data engineering, and full-stack development, she is driven to build tools and platforms that are not only robust and scalable, but also inclusive and accessible to all.

Brian Viner

I am passionate about coming up with creative solutions to technical problems and have developed an appreciation for media preservation while working with the Vanderbilt Library Special Collections and University Archives.  Outside of work and study, I am actively involved with the Vanderbilt Robotics team. For fun, I like to make music with friends.

Jesse Hao

I'm studying Computer Science, and I'm interested in applying technology for social good. My most recent experience includes full-stack development for a non-profit in Nashville, and through VCIL, I hope to learn more about utilizing cloud tools and AWS to provide more scalable and impactful solutions to today's problems. Outside classes, I like playing tennis and organizing music duets with friends.

Lingxin Chen

Lingxin Chen is a graduate student in Computer Science at Vanderbilt University. Before joining Vanderbilt, she worked as a software engineer for three years, gaining experience in building practical and scalable software systems. Her current interests focus on applying machine learning to software engineering, particularly in developing intelligent AI agents that can reason, assist, and interact in more human-like ways. She is passionate about using AI technologies to make software systems smarter and to help make people’s lives easier.
